Agustin Barrios Complete Recording... Complete!

Dear friends and colleagues,

it is with great enthusiasm that I inform you that the “Agustin Barrios Music for Guitar Complete Recording” is complete. 109 tracks for 6 hours and 24 minutes of music in 6 CD.
2 years of works, 24 recording sessions between October 2008 and September 2010.
One idea that is realized with the aid of manuscripts submitted by researchers, kindness and helpfulness of contacts on the Internet and on Facebook, the patience of many, and my passion for music. The full CD Set (6 CD) will be distributed from November 2010 by Brilliant Classics in over 40 countries; I hope you can appreciate the the work done around the interpretation and sound (not always easy in the Barrios music). The full tracklist will be available tomorrow (Sunday 26 September) in my website (http://www.cristianoporqueddu.com/). I can anticipate now that it will include for first time in a CD works like “Bicho Feo” (thanks, Tony Morris!), “Isabel” (thanks Richard Stover), “Leyenda Guaranì” (thanks Diosnel!) and other 3 or 4 almost-unknow works. In Italy we say “another closed circle“ and there is no greater satisfaction in seeing an idea put into practice.
